Exam tracks
One track per exam, each carrying its own syllabus, its own question bank and its own papers. What is in them, and where the questions come from.
A track is everything Hue Eval knows about one exam: its subjects and topics, its question bank, its marking scheme, its paper format, and the full-length papers you can sit. Choosing a track is the first thing you do and it shapes everything after it — the question types you meet, the clocks, and how the scorecard reports.

Past papers
Where an exam board publishes its old papers, Hue Eval carries them as papers rather than dissolving them into the bank. Each one keeps its real structure — its sections, its question order, its marking scheme — so sitting it is sitting that year's exam.
GATE CSE, JEE Advanced, NEET UG, SAT and CLAT all have past papers available. You can sit them three ways:
- A single paper, whole. The real thing, in order, under the real duration.
- Mixed from the past papers. A test of whatever length you choose, drawn only from past-paper questions, optionally restricted to the subjects you pick. Good for volume on real questions without committing a whole evening.
- As part of normal practice. Past-paper questions are in the bank too, so they turn up in ordinary adaptive practice.
The track page reports your performance on past-paper questions separately from the rest, which is usually the more honest of the two numbers.
Authored mocks
Some exams do not release their papers. The GRE is the clearest case — the question bank is licensed and no genuine past paper is publicly available, and the same is true of CAT. For those exams Hue Eval carries authored full-length mocks instead: papers written to the exam's published blueprint, with the real section order, counts, durations and question-type mix.
Authored mocks and official past papers are listed separately on a track page and never presented as each other. If a paper says mock, nobody sat it in an exam hall; if it says the year, that is the paper from that year.
Every authored item is checked before it ships — against the blueprint's section counts and durations, for duplicate options and duplicate prompts across the whole bank, for answer keys that contradict their own explanation, and for answer positions that drift toward one letter. That last one matters more than it sounds: a bank where the answer is usually (A) teaches you to guess (A).
The GRE track
The newest track, and the fullest example of what an authored package looks like. It follows the shorter GRE introduced in September 2023:
Each one a complete paper: an Analytical Writing task in 30 minutes, then Verbal 12 in 18, Quant 12 in 21, Verbal 15 in 23, and Quant 15 in 26. Fifty-four scored questions and a written task, in the real order.
Sorted by what you are drilling: text completion, sentence equivalence, reading, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, quantitative comparison, and mixed sets at two difficulty levels.
Multi-blank text completion with a column per blank, select-all with no count given, numeric entry, quantitative comparison with its four fixed options, and the issue essay.
Verbal and Quantitative reported on the 130–170 scale as estimates, with the written task graded separately from 0 to 6. See Your results.
Tracks a workspace adds
An organization can publish tracks that only its own members see, alongside the public catalogue. If you are in a workspace and see an exam that is not on this page, that is where it came from — and its content is managed by your organization, not by Hue Eval.
